Growing up in Gujarat, India, food in our home was always an expression of love and togetherness. Every meal reflected generations of culinary heritage, from fluffy rotis and tangy kadhis to hot theplas and sweet shrikhand. As our grandmother would say,
“A good thali isn’t just about the food; it’s about the love that goes into it.”
The name “Sattvic” was inspired from the word “Satvik Indian Bhojan,” which represents pure, balanced, and harmonious food. At Sattvic, we embrace this philosophy, adding our own unique twist to traditional Indian recipes. We’re passionate about preserving the authenticity of our cuisine while introducing innovative flavours and presentations.
